Conversation Relating Web Design

Behance a New York design company has ignored my comment post. I was looking on Google reader to find web design bloggers like myself to share and stories and information relating design. I posted the following comment to their team blog but unfortunately it was not shown in the comments so I thought I might share it in this blog.

Creative people are charged up even when they know they are about to fail. I was delighted to find creative enthusiasts like your group, through your blog. The video really told a story about what you do creatively, and it was refreshing to hear something positive come from New York, over this difficult weather period.
Creativity is about transforming ideas into something. Individual creativity is about the development of new ideas that develop something novel and useful. It can even be to improve products and services, or approach a new concept that one knows nothing about.
A variety of factors such as climate, culture, job requirements and personal attributes, will have an effect on your initial ideas. So to bridge the creative idea with the implementation of something functional, must be extremely difficult. New York weather isn’t looking it’s best these days, so sitting with your cat or changing a dipper at home will shape the innovation and creativity process within your organization.
